The V&O Client Council
The members of the V&O Client Council give the Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB) and the Pension and Benefit Board (PUR) advice on their services.
The aim is to maintain a high level of service and improve it where possible. Council members check that services are delivered quickly, meticulously, clearly and with a focus on the client.
The V&O Client Council meets about 4 times per year. The Council does not deal with individual cases.
