Contact

If you want to contact the SVB, you can do so through My SVB, by telephone, or on WhatsApp. You cannot contact us by email. We understand that email is an easy means of communication, but it is not sufficiently secure.

If you want to send the SVB personal information, you should preferably send it through My SVB. 

How to contact the SVB

Select the scheme you want to contact us about and then click or tap ‘Next’. You can then choose how you would like to contact us.
