Requesting a review

Read how to submit a request for review in My SVB in 4 steps.

Step 1. Prepare your request for review

In My SVB, you can stay on the same page for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, you will automatically be logged out. There is space for a maximum of 2000 characters for your request for review.

If you think you may need more than 15 minutes or more than 2000 characters, we would recommend that you first write your request for review in a separate document and save it as a PDF file using a PDF reader for example, or as an image (JPG or JPEG).

Step 2. Log in to My SVB

You can log in with your DigiD or with another valid EU Login

If you do not have a DigiD, or you need help with logging in, read our explanation of how to log in.

Step 3. Fill in your request for review

In the menu under ‘Self-service’, click on ’Request a review’

You must first choose what the request for review concerns. Fill in your objections. If you wish to upload your request for review in a document, type ‘see attachment’ in the input screen and continue to the screen ‘Upload documents’.

You will then see an overview. If the overview is correct, click on ‘Send’.

Step 4. Confirmation of receipt

After you have submitted your request for review, a confirmation of receipt will pop up on your screen.

You can then click on the ‘Print’ or ‘Save as a PDF’ button to save an overview of your request for review. The confirmation will also show the date and time you submitted the request for review.

If you want to leave My SVB, remember to log out.
