Claims for costs
One-off or temporary payments towards costs can be made after we receive a statement of costs. The same is true for reimbursements that stop after a fixed time or a fixed number of times.
Statement of costs form enclosed with award decision
When we send you a letter awarding you a one-off or temporary payment towards costs, we will enclose an extra form. You can use this form to claim your costs from us.
Payment after we have received your statement of costs
In principle, we have up to 3 months to reimburse you for your costs. However, you will probably receive payment within 1 month.
