International information days organised by BDZ
If you have been covered by social insurance in the Netherlands and/or Germany and you have questions about the Dutch state pension (AOW), the German state pension (Rente) or any other social insurance schemes, you can register for one of the International information days hosted by the Deutsche Rentenversicherung (DRV).
Representatives from both the Bureau for German Affairs (BDZ) and the DRV will be present at the information days to answer your questions.

If you call or email us to make an appointment, we will ask for your consent to keep your personal details temporarily in a secure document.
Confirm or withdraw consent
After you have made an appointment, we will send you an email asking you to confirm or withdraw your consent:
- If you confirm your consent, we will delete your personal details at the end of the calendar quarter in which the appointment took place
- If you withdraw your consent, we will delete the personal appointment details as quickly as possible
The details we will keep temporarily are:
- Your email address so that we can send you confirmation of the appointment
- Your telephone number so that we can contact you if we have to cancel your appointment unexpectedly
- Your surname and, where applicable, your family name at birth, your date of birth, your SVB reference and your German Versicherungsnummer to be able to give you personal information
Your details will be handled confidentially
If you have an appointment with DRV, this organisation will also need your personal details. In that case, we will send your personal details to DRV via secure email.
