If you want us to revise a decision
If we have rejected a pension or benefit claim you sent us in the past, you can ask us to revise that decision.
For example, if there are new witnesses to what you experienced in the war, or if your health complaints get worse, you can send us a letter asking us to revise our decision. Your letter must state:
- your name
- your address
- the date
- the pension or benefit scheme concerned
- the new facts and circumstances behind your request for revision
