You can log in using DigiD with SMS verification or the DigiD app. It is also possible to log in with a valid EU Login. If you do not have any of these, you cannot log in to My SVB.

If you already have DigiD with SMS verification, the DigiD app or a valid EU Login, there may be a technical problem. If so, there will be a message on our website. If there is no message, go to the page ‘Will My SVB work on my computer, tablet or telephone?’.

If you have a problem with your DigiD, go to the DigiD website.

All your messages sent via My SVB in the last 6 months (for example, to apply for a benefit or report a change) are shown under My overview. You can also see whether we have started or finished processing your message.

You can upload and send us up to 20 documents via My SVB. Together, the documents must not be more than 8 MB. They must also be in JPG, JPEG or PDF format.

If you want to upload documents, you will need to have JavaScript  installed in your web browser . You probably already have this. If not, your browser will ask to install it.

My SVB works best with the most recent version of a browser . To make sure you are using the most recent version, set your computer, tablet or telephone so that it can receive automatic updates.

If you do not have a DigiD, you can also log in to My SVB using another valid EU Login, but only if you live in a country of the European Union (EU ) and have a Dutch Burgerservicenummer (BSN ). A valid EU Login is a national login that is officially approved by the EU. You can apply for the national login in the country where you live. In some countries, this is only possible if you have the nationality of that country. You can find a list of all approved national logins on the Netherlands Worldwide website.
