Managing your affairs in My SVB
In My SVB, you can manage your affairs with the SVB online. You can view and edit your details, but also inform us if your bank account number has changed, for example. To do this, you need to log in first.
How to log in to My SVB
You can log in with your DigiD or another valid EU Login .

What you can do in My SVB
If you are logged in, read the menu under ‘Self-service’ to see what you can do in My SVB. Then click on an item you want to know more about.
Under ‘Report a change’ in My SVB, you can see all the changes you can inform us of online. You will only see changes that apply in your situation.
In the menu under ‘Self-service’, click on ‘Report a change’. Then select ‘Account number’ and complete the steps to change to a new bank account number.
Under ‘Make an application/claim’, you can see all the applications/claims you can make. You will only see applications/claims you can make in your situation. Complete the steps to make your application/claim.
After you have sent your application/claim, a confirmation of receipt will pop up on your screen. You can then click on the ‘Print’ or ‘Save as a PDF’ button. The confirmation will also show the date and time you sent your application/claim.
If you want to leave My SVB, remember to log out.
You can upload documents in My SVB. This is useful when you need to send us documentary evidence, or you want to send us a document of your own. How to upload documents is explained in the steps below.
If you want to request a review of a decision, you must do this within 6 weeks via My SVB.
