Logging in to My SVB with only a username and password is not possible. To log in, you must use either your DigiD or another valid EU Login. When logging in with your DigiD, you must use either the DigiD app or SMS verification.
If you are unable to login, this may be due to a technical problem in My SVB. When this happens, there will be a message on our website. If there is no message, go to the page ‘Will My SVB work on my computer, tablet or telephone?’.
If you have a problem with your DigiD, go to the DigiD website.
All your messages sent via My SVB in the last 6 months (for example, to apply for a benefit or report a change) are shown under ‘My overview’. You can also see whether we have started or finished processing your message.

You can upload and send us up to 20 documents via My SVB. Together, the documents must not be more than 8MB. They must also be in JPG, JPEG or PDF format.
If you want to upload documents, you will need to have JavaScript installed in your web browser . You probably already have this. If not, your browser will ask to install it.
My SVB works best with the most recent version of a browser . To make sure you are using the most recent version, set your computer, tablet or telephone so that it can receive automatic updates.
My SVB is secured so that the information you send to us cannot be intercepted and read by other people. As we cannot guarantee this level of security for older browsers or programs, My SVB will not work on these. You should therefore make sure you are using the most recent version of a browser.

If you do not have a DigiD, you can also log in to My SVB using another valid EU Login, but only if you live in a country of the European Union (EU ) and have a Dutch Burgerservicenummer (BSN ). A valid EU Login is a national login that is officially approved by the EU. You can apply for the national login in the country where you live. In some countries, this is only possible if you have the nationality of that country. You can find a list of all approved national logins on the Netherlands Worldwide website.
