Help with using the Internet
If you would like to use the Internet, but you do not know how it works, read about a variety of ways to get help.
Courses given by de Bibliotheek
The course ‘Klik & Tik’ (Click and Type) teaches you how to search for information on the Internet, how to send emails and how to download documents, among other things.
If you already use the Internet, but would like to improve your skills, for example to arrange matters online with government authorities, you could consider taking the ‘Digisterker’ (Digitally Stronger) course.
The courses are free of charge for everyone and you do not have to be a member of de Bibliotheek.
Informatiepunt Digitale Overheid (Digital Government Information Point) for help.
If you want to arrange matters online with government authorities and you can use some help, you can also get in touch with de Bibliotheek. Visit the Informatiepunt Digitale Overheid (Digital Government Information Point) or contact the DigiHulplijn (DigiHelpline).
